Datsun redi-GO


Nissan is launching a new car in the Indian Market called the The Datsun redi-GO which is easy to drive as a hatchback and sturdy as a sports car.

Datsun refers the current generation as "ready-to-go" generation as today's youth believes in getting out of the comfort zone and wanting more out of life. They believe in doing more and are always on the go. Datsun redi-GO ensures a zippy and peppy drive everyday with a unique combination of style and comfort incorporating the best of Japanese technology.

When I had the first look of the car, I knew it is meant for me. The awesome features and the price that it came up with is ideal for my budget. It is suitably designed for today's ready-to-go generation including me that wants fun, freedom and confidence to reach their destination. With spacious interiors and look of a sports car along with an excellent mileage, one cannot ask for anything more. I would love to travel and explore in Datsun redi-GO, as this is an all purpose car with a budget with a unique combination of style and comfort suitable for the Indian lifestyle. Infact, it is India's first urban crossover car.

The features that I liked the most in this car are:

Design - The Datsun redi-GO is compact, sleek and have a sporty outlook combined with a robust stance. Its interiors looks awesome as it is designed spaciously which will comfortably accommodate your family and luggage. The fabric used inside is inspired from sports car. It has also got an audio system and power windows. The touch of silver gives it a premium appeal. Infact, the Datsun redi-GO offers the best of both worlds to drive in.

Performance - The second feature that I was attracted after its design was its performance. The Datsun redi-GO has an engine capacity of 799cc and gives a whopping 25.17 km/litre mileage. The turning radius ensures a full turn-around capability of 4.7 metres ensuring manoeverability even in smaller places. The i-SAT (Intelligent Spark Automated Technique) technology fitted with it is designed for a smooth and finer performance and will give an extra finesse while driving.

Pricing - The third and the most important feature that I was attracted to was the pricing. The Datsun redi-GO is priced between 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs. The final and the variant prices will be announced soon. You can book the Datsun redi-GO with a down payment of INR 5,000 at 217 Nissan dealerships outlet across different cities in India. It has also opened bookings online through Snapdeal, a leading Indian e-commerce portal.

With so many awesome features, I'm ready to test drive Datsun redi-GO and will take it to Kerala. This way I can test the car for mileage, steering sensitivity and ground clearance. I would also like to take this car in small streets as it ensures easy navigation, quick turns and lets us park it in the smallest of spaces available.

Draw two straight lines with a pencil dividing the circle into 3 equal portions. Take orange and green color art paper and cut it into small pieces.
